Requirements
What we're looking for
competencies
higher education in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials Engineering, or Industrial Management;
minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles in the industry;
experience in production management, teams (production technicians/production operators), and industrial processes in the automotive industry;
experience in Lean and TPM methodologies (preferred);
knowledge of automotive industry standards: IATF 16949; ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 (preferred);
advanced English (valued);
interpersonal relationships and leadership;
decision making and problem solving;
resilience and ability to work under pressure;
planning and organization;
focus on continuous improvement and quality standards.
The role
our client is a leading multinational in the automotive sector that, as part of its growth, intends to strengthen its structure with a production area leader.
What you'll do
key responsibilities
reporting to the production area manager, this professional will have the main responsibilities of leading and coordinating the team, in accordance with the policies defined by the production management, in alignment with the area manager, performing effective management of resources (human, equipment, consumables, etc.), so as to ensure compliance with safety and environment standards, quality, continuous improvement, motivation, and employee development.
