Production Unit Manager (M/F) 1

Job Mission: To plan, execute, direct, and control the activities inherent to the respective Production unit, in alignment with higher guidelines, established policies, and applicable regulations of the Aterro Sanitário do Barlavento, so as to guarantee the optimization of installed capacity, the maximization of yield and efficiency of operations, compliance with quality, environment, and safety standards, and the achievement of the corresponding objectives.

• Direct and execute the activities underlying the Production area, in order to guarantee the pursuit of the Company's objectives and the maximization of operational productivity.
• Coordinate and monitor operational teams (operators, equipment operators, and drivers) and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with production, treatment, and waste recovery plans.
• Guarantee compliance with applicable safety, environment, and quality standards.
• Monitor unit performance indicators (productivity, quality, and efficiency).
• Perform reporting of the area's activity, so as to provide accurate and reliable information to support analysis and decision-making.
• Promote good environmental and waste management practices.
• Participate in and propose projects and/or investments regarding the improvement of the production process and the efficiency of the Landfill.
• Perform the recording and reporting of occurrences regarding the activities carried out.
• Define and propose, in alignment with general orientations, the internal procedures applicable to the Production area that aim for the efficient functioning of processes at an organizational level.
• Supervise and intervene in the preparation, proposal, and monitoring of the area's Activity Plan and budget, with a view to ensuring the contribution to the Company's results and the optimization of installed capacity.
• Direct the functioning of the operations underlying the production units, ensuring their alignment in achieving the Company's results, compliance with Quality, Environment, and Safety standards, and promoting the sharing of knowledge and resources with a view to maximizing internal efficiency.

- Location: Chão Frio - Porto de Lagos 8500 - 800 Portimão;

- Base Salary: 2.000,00€;

- Meal Allowance: 8.00€ per worked day via meal card;
