The role

Team Lead, Product Operations (Abóboda Factory)

Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the Product Operations team, ensuring process efficiency, correct resource allocation, and the execution of defined priorities. Act as a point of reference for the team, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration with internal stakeholders to optimize results and support business objectives.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the production team.
Define priorities, distribute tasks, and ensure the proper use of available resources.
Support team development through training, guidance, and continuous monitoring.
Contribute to performance evaluations, resource planning, and process improvement.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and operational objectives.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and quality of operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end processes and improve the delivery of products and services.
Monitor operational indicators and support problem-solving and decision-making.
