  Inbound:
  40H - schedule 1pm-10pm with rotating days off (1 month with weekends off vs 1 month with weekdays off)

  Telephone contact for the promotion of campaigns regarding Fiber services, mobile broadband, and other campaigns that may arise;
  Contact with customers to clarify doubts;
  Complaint management;
  Changing/updating customer data.
