• Plan, coordinate, and control all production activities according to the established production plan;
• Manage teams, coordinate their development, and ensure that their motivation is aligned with the company's objectives;
• Manage equipment priorities to ensure planned productivity and a high utilization rate;
• Coordinate and define production priorities;
• Optimize production areas and material flows;
• Plan production actions together with other departments to ensure the completion of projects and the development of new processes or services.
