Our client is a company in the energy sector and, as part of the strategic reinforcement of its team, intends to integrate an Estimator/Purchasing Technician, for Lisbon.

• key responsibilities

  Development of Proposals and Technical Prospecting: Prepare budgets reactively and proactively, acting in the identification and anticipation of potential customers' needs to present the ideal solutions for each project;

  
  

  Strategic Purchasing and Procurement Management: Coordinate the complete material acquisition cycle, ensuring end-to-end the request for quotations, the negotiation of commercial conditions, the issuance of orders, the confirmation of receipt, and the respective validation for payment;

  
  

  Partnerships and Cost Optimization: Ensure the continuous updating of price lists with the supplier network to maintain the competitiveness of the company's standard proposals;

  
  

  Financial Control: Supervise and update the accounts payable map to suppliers, preparing the information with the necessary rigor for final approval by Management.
