Procurement Assistant Trainee

Your mission will be to support the company's purchasing processes and provide support in administrative processes to assist the department. Your Role - Prepare and control purchase orders; - Ensure the correct and formal registration of partners according to the parameters defined by the company and act as a guarantor of their compliance; - Support the updating of data in Procurement systems; - Organize, digitize, and archive physical and digital documents; - Populate Excel files with useful information; - Perform follow-up on signatures; - Perform small translations of documents; - Assist the team in management through operational and administrative tasks; - Control costs and expenses of other departments. Your Profile - Completed Degree in Economics / Humanities areas, such as Management, Economics, Commerce, Logistics; - Interest in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Contracting; - Availability to undertake a professional internship with a duration of 9 to 12 months; - A liking for negotiation, contracts, and the administrative area; - Having a sense of service, being versatile; - Being organized and attentive to detail; - Unmistakable skills in MS Office, especially Excel; - Preferential command of English and/or Spanish; - Residence in the Greater Lisbon area. 🌟 Why choose NTT DATA? 🤝 A collaborative and supportive culture We foster an environment where curiosity, innovation, engagement, and teamwork are celebrated.
