The role
What you'll do
Support the economic management and control of the construction site, including the commercial and production phases, encompassing the management of Errors & Omissions, extra and omitted works, subcontractor certificates, invoicing to the Client, internal economic control, and contract management, with a view to ensuring the economic management of the site in all its aspects.
Job Requirements and Competency Profile
- 12th grade of schooling or a Technical-Professional Course as a Quantity Surveyor;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and AutoCAD;
- Knowledge of information management in a BIM environment (preferred);
- Planning and Organization;
- Rigor and Reliability;
- Problem Analysis and Resolution;
- Teamwork;
- Availability for mobility within national territory (preferred).
