Requirements
Nice to have
- Higher Education, ideally in Real Estate Management, Engineering, or Law;
- Experience in an Expansion role or similar functions, for a minimum of 5 years;
- Knowledge of the market, real estate law, and construction LICENSING;
- Ability to evaluate the dynamics of different markets and main competitors;
- Knowledge of English and Spanish;
- High availability for travel within the national territory and islands;
- High capacity for leadership, communication, and negotiation.

- Prospecting and identifying locations with high commercial potential for catering activities;
- Negotiation and contracting of these locations (stores and/or land);
- Liaising with owners, agents, developers, retailers, and shopping centers.
