Accounting Manager

Our client is a company in the Hospitality sector which, as part of the strategic reinforcement of its teams and the revitalization of its business, is recruiting a profile for the position of Accounting Manager.

• key responsibilities

  Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute the Group's accounting;
  Perform accounting and financial analyses, ensuring classifications and determination of results;
  Control assets, costs, and results, guaranteeing the reliability of financial records and reports;
  Prepare clear, rigorous accounting and financial reports within defined deadlines;
  Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and tax obligations;
  Participate in the regular review of the accounts of the various companies within the Group, ensuring the consistency of policies and standards;
  Support internal and external audits, providing necessary information and clarifications;
  Create, manage, and develop the accounting team, ensuring training, monitoring, and performance evaluation;
  Collaborate with the Finance Department and other areas in the preparation of forecasts and analyses to support decision-making;
  Manage and make decisions regarding the team and the entire accounting area, in alignment with the Finance Department.
