As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a section or department of the store. Specifically, you will be responsible for commercial planning, stock management, sales, ensuring company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of products.

You will also be responsible for assigning tasks to Retail Assistants daily, developing their skills, as well as maintaining their motivation and commitment. When necessary, you may support the checkout area, ensuring that all customers have an excellent experience.
