As a Retail Assistant, you will contribute to making our customers' day more pleasant, every day. And this is how you will put it into practice:

• Providing customers with an incredible experience, answering their questions about sizes or styles, purchases, or returns.
• Preparing the sales floor, replenishing shelves, organizing fitting rooms, and displaying the latest trends, as well as keeping the warehouse tidy and well-organized.
• Offering a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at the checkouts, managing customer issues, cancellations, and returns.
• Receiving, processing, and verifying new deliveries. Taking products to the sales floor and ensuring that prices are correct, always ensuring that we meet our high standards.
