Professional Internship - Analytics & Customer Experience

• Support the research and monitoring of Competitor Studies focused on Customer Experience (CX) and the identification of Consumption Trends;

• Assist in the collection and processing of data for Brand Strategy studies;

• Collaborate in the execution of the Market Studies plan, helping to organize information and track new industry trends;

• Participate in the analysis of customer feedback and the measurement of performance (KPIs) throughout the journey, helping to prepare reports and presentations for internal sharing;

• Contribute to the identification of pain points in the customer journey, supporting the team in designing action plans to ensure an excellent experience;

• Help in the mapping and optimization of customer journeys (cross-functional and by segment), crossing quantitative and qualitative data under the guidance of the team.

• Educational qualifications at the Bachelor's and/or Master's degree level in areas such as Information Management, Data Analytics, or similar;

• A passion for data analysis and a focus on problem-solving;

• Interest in the analytical field within the scope of Customer Experience (CX);

• Knowledge of Excel;

• Organizational skills, initiative, dynamism, and proactivity;

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn;

• Ease in interpersonal relationships and team spirit;

• Knowledge of spoken and written English.
