Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or similar;
  • Eligibility to carry out an IEFP internship

Nice to have

  • Critical thinking and a structured approach to problems, oriented towards their resolution.
  • Quantitative analysis capacity.
  • Organizational capacity.
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Fluency in English, other languages are valued.
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.

The role

What you'll do

Pestana Hotel Group is looking for a Revenue Management Trainee (m/f) to join the Europe Revenue Management team, with the development of Revenue management projects in F&B and management of Revenue systems.

  • Structure analyses and conduct primary research to discover market and consumer insights;
  • Support daily Revenue Management activities: pricing strategy, inventory management, distribution channels, and forecasting;
  • Develop benchmarking and competitor analyses;
  • Resort to historical series analysis and transactional data to implement strategies;
  • Implement strategies by defining rules in technology systems (Revenue Management Systems, Property Management Systems).

Location: Alcântara, Lisbon.
