Requirements
What we're looking for

Training related to Hospitality / Tourism, specializing in gastronomy
-
Knowledge of Micros/Simphony
-
1 year of experience as a waiter, preferably in Hospitality
-
Proven experience in breakfast service or bar service
-
Ability to work in a team
-
Flexibility, proactivity, and versatility
-
Good knowledge of English
-
Ability to organize and plan
-
Availability to work in different shifts depending on the needs of the Operation
-
Experience in breakfast service will be valued
The role
What you'll do
-
Greet and escort customers to their table
-
Present the menu and provide detailed information when requested (for example, regarding quantities, ingredients, or possible food allergies)

Preparation of tables, cutlery, and glassware
-
Inform customers about the special products of the day

Take customer orders
-
Strong communication capacity with the kitchen team

F&B service in different areas of the Pousada (room service)
-
Provide excellent customer service
