What you'll do
Responsible for the organization and coordination of the restaurant service and the entire team, ensuring excellence in service.

Control quality, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;

Manage the restaurant team and ensure their coordination and cooperation with the kitchen;

Promote compliance with HACCP standards;
