F&B Supervisor - Six Senses Douro Valley

Six Senses is recruiting an F&B Supervisor to join our team in the award-winning Douro Valley!

Below are some of the tasks you will perform on a daily basis

• Review reservations and plan the smooth running of the department during the shift.
• Review daily arrivals and departures to ensure proper service for Special Guests, VIP Guests, and Groups.
• Ensure that the F&B area is checked before opening to guests and that the entire area is clean, properly equipped, and maintained to a high standard.
• Assist in the scheduling, training, and providing of feedback to F&B Hosts.
• Handle guest feedback, questions, and comments. Record them and take the appropriate measures and follow-up.
• Supervise the F&B Hosts team.
• Ensure that all customers are received with courtesy and attention in the work area.
• Participate in regular meetings and briefings to stay informed about policies and procedures, special events, improvement plans, and customer feedback.
• Ensure the fast and efficient service required by the standards.
• Take orders from the F&B menus of any establishment.
• Ensure that all restaurant menu items are correctly prepared before operating hours.
