Reservations Assistant with French

We're looking for a Reservations Assistant with French for one of our clients who operates in the hospitality industry, in Porto Salvo (Lisboa).

This job is perfect for candidates who have excellent communication skills and a native level of French. Have organizational skills, taste for helping and maximazing the experience of the customers in hospitality industry are also crucial for the success for this job match.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact of concierge service, respecting the communication standards of our client;
• Accompany our members on requests related to electronic banking, insurance and assistance;
• Identify the customer's need and provide them with personalized advice, as well as, relevant recommendations and/or the appropriate solution, not forgetting to meet deadlines;
• Join a fast-paced and dynamic company, eager to provide representation to its most standardized clients in the luxury sector.

Requirements

• Have previous experience in Customer Service;
• Fluency in oral and written French;
• Good interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt to the various and different interlocutors;
• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday (7am to 10pm);
• Proactivity and autonomy;
• Being comfortable with computer tools (office automation, email, Internet, etc.).
