What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Flexibility and availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.

We are looking for a Receptionist (M/F/D) to join our team, on a sick leave replacement basis.

What you'll do

  • Ensure the welcoming, service, and assistance of customers;
  • Perform check-in and check-out processes, invoicing, and cash operations;
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and provide information about hotel services and regional activities;
  • Handle telephone service and the management of emails and guest requests;
  • Identify, follow up on, and resolve complaints;
  • Administrative tasks inherent to the role.
