The role

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate in the activities that ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety legislation applicable to the company;
  • Perform operational activities, contributing to the identification of hazards and the adequacy of prevention and protection measures;
  • Collaborate in the performance of internal audits, accident investigations, and drills;
  • Support the management and monitoring of personal protective equipment and safety signage;
  • Participate in professional risk assessment processes and the implementation of preventive measures;
  • Collaborate in information, training, and awareness actions for workers;
  • Support the remaining activities and projects in the Occupational Health and Safety area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Health, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, Civil Protection, or a similar field;
  • Eligibility to undertake an IEFP Professional Internship;
  • Level VI Occupational Health and Safety Technical Course, or equivalent;
  • First aid training;
  • Knowledge of the English language;
  • Computer skills from a user perspective;
  • Good communication, organization, interpersonal relationship, and teamwork skills.
  • Critical thinking, proactivity, and a willingness to learn;
