Pestana Hotel Group is looking for a Business Analysis and Processes Intern (m/f) to join the team, supporting the analysis, documentation, and improvement of business processes, as well as the gathering of functional requirements and the monitoring of optimization and operational transformation initiatives.

• Support the gathering and mapping of processes alongside different business areas;
• Collect, organize, and document functional requirements and operational needs;
• Participate in the analysis of problems, identification of improvement opportunities, and proposal of business support solutions;
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, procedures, and support materials;
• Monitor internal initiatives and projects, ensuring follow-up with the stakeholders involved;
• Support the preparation of reports, indicators, presentations, and decision-support analyses;
• Collaborate with business teams and technical teams, ensuring clarity in the translation of operational needs;
• Participate in functional testing, process validation, and support for the implementation of improvements;
• Contribute to the standardization of processes and to the continuous improvement of operations.

• Academic background in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems Management, Management Informatics, Management, Economics, or other areas with a strong component of process, analysis, and organization;
• Interest in business analysis, process improvement, and operational organization;
• Analytical capacity, structured thinking, and attention to detail;
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with different interlocutors;
• Ease in organizing information, documenting, and monitoring various topics simultaneously;
• Proactivity, critical thinking, and a willingness to learn;
• Interest in contexts of transformation, efficiency, and business support;
• Knowledge of Excel and analysis/reporting tools;
• Academic or extracurricular experience in process mapping, continuous improvement, or project management will be valued;
• Ability to work collaboratively and in a solution-oriented manner.

This role is particularly suited for candidates with a profile more oriented towards process, management, and functional analysis, and less focused on development or purely technological profiles.
