Datacenter Technician (Viseu)

• Provide technical support to internal and external datacenter customers;
• Fault management including diagnosis and hardware repair according to the manufacturer;
• Repair and management of equipment without manufacturer support;
• Physical installation and implementation of connections according to switching and storage equipment architecture;
• Implementation, operation, and maintenance of copper and fiber cabling infrastructures in the datacenter;
• Maintain accurate records of all activities performed in the data center;
• Document maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference;

Location: Viseu, on-site regime.
