What we're looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (plus);
- Entry-level experience (internship, trainee) in monitoring, observability, DevOps, or IT operations;
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure;
- Undertanding of development tools.
Nice to have
- Interest in working with monitoring/observability tool (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG, or similar);
- Interest in software development and DevOps practices is a plus;
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies;
The role
What you'll do
- Assist in implementing and maintaining observability and monitoring solutions.
- Create and update basic dashboards, alerts, and reports.
- Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace (nice to have), Datadog, Grafana, or PRTG.
- Support the team in troubleshooting monitoring-related production issues.
- Help document observability setups and best practices.
- Work with development and operations teams to support observability in CI/CD pipelines.
