Backend Developer - Remote

Noesis is looking for a senior Backend Developer, with a minimum of 4 years of experience, to design and develop scalable backend services, ensuring software quality and contributing to the resolution of technical challenges.

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services.
• Develop features and ensure software quality through automated testing and development best practices.
• Collaborate with teams, take responsibility for the solutions developed, and resolve technical challenges.
• Use Artificial Intelligence tools to support development and increase productivity.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
• Knowledge of C#/.NET, Java, and Go.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, such as Aurora, DynamoDB, and Redis.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, namely AWS and Azure.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software engineering principles, and object-oriented programming.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
• Availability to join a 24/7 on-call and support rotation

- Experience with programming support tools, such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.

- Ability to use and validate AI-generated results for development, testing, and code improvement.
