Mid-level DevOps

• Experience in automation with Ansible and script development in Python.
• Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience using OpenShift and Helm in containerized environments.
• Knowledge of observability with Grafana, Prometheus, and Elastic/Kibana.
• Experience in application troubleshooting and incident analysis.

• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
• Experience in integration with REST APIs and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and declarative configuration.
• Experience in distributed and high-availability environments.
• Knowledge of relational databases for validations and functional troubleshooting.

• Develop and maintain operational automations using Ansible and Python.
• Implement and support deployment processes through GitLab CI/CD and OpenShift.
• Configure and maintain application resources in containerized environments.
• Implement and evolve observability, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to applications, integrations, and services.

Location: Lisbon

Work regime: Hybrid (3x per week in the office).
