Traffic and Ramp Assistance Technician for Cargo (m/f/x)

- Work location: Lisbon Airport

- Full-time, 38 hours per week (service open 24 hours)

- Rotating schedules and days off (possible shifts: 07:00 to 15:00; 15:00 to 23:00; 16:00 to 24:00; 00:00 to 07:00, Monday to Sunday)

- Base salary (935€) plus allowances (meal, shift, vacation, Christmas, and social benefit)

- Possibility of integration into the client's company

- Night transport between 23:00 and 07:00, with simple booking via app, for only €1 per trip. Available in various areas of the Lisbon region (Sacavém, Prior Velho, Santa Iria de Azoia, São João da Talha, Bobadela, Póvoa de Santa Iria, and Forte da Casa)

- Properly and timely handle all documentation related to cargo (import and export);

- Ensure effective interconnection between Customs and Clients;

- Keep cargo information in the computer systems duly updated;

- Prepare, verify, and properly handle documentation relating to cargo;

- Properly plan loadings;

- Support the local Treasury;

- Guarantee compliance with the KPIs defined by the client airlines;

- Comply with the tasks and responsibilities defined in the SGQA (Quality and Environmental Management System) documents.
