Infrastructure/Building Maintenance Technician (M/F/X)

• Experience in the maintenance of industrial buildings and/or offices.

• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and small general repairs.

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Ability to identify repair and infrastructure conservation needs.

• Experience in monitoring small construction works and remodeling.

• Basic knowledge of civil construction will be valued.

• Ability to work in an autonomous and organized manner.

• Sense of responsibility and attention to safety.

• Ease of adaptation to old buildings and industrial infrastructures.

• Driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).

• Residence in the Vendas Novas area or surroundings (preferential factor).

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work in industrial buildings and office spaces.

• Carry out small electrical and plumbing interventions, repairs, and general facility conservation.

• Identify repair needs and ensure the resolution of anomalies in the infrastructures.

• Monitor small construction works, remodeling, and work carried out by external providers.

• Execute basic civil construction tasks and facility maintenance, whenever necessary.

• Ensure the good state of conservation of infrastructures, equipment, and surrounding spaces.

• Support the identification of breakdowns and intervention needs, ensuring a timely response.

• Comply with the safety, quality, and organization procedures defined by the company.

• Ensure an autonomous, organized, and versatile performance, according to the needs of the operation.
