Shift Supervisor

• Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in shift leadership or production supervision roles in an industrial environment, preferably in the metalworking sector.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management, and occupational safety.
• Leadership ability, effective communication, and management of multidisciplinary teams.
• Result orientation, proactivity, and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
• Computer skills from a user perspective (MS Office).
• Availability to work in a rotating shift pattern.
• Residency in the Alcochete area or nearby locality will be valued.

• Direct employment contract with the client company, in a position of stability and growth.
• Salary package composed of a negotiable base salary + monthly bonus (up to €400)
• Shift allowance - 25%
• Meal allowance - €6
