Sales Technician (M/F/X)

• Strong orientation towards results and the achievement of commercial objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and to effectively manage time and priorities.
• Solid computer skills from a user perspective, namely in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Academic qualifications preferably at the higher education level (degree) in areas such as Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or similar.

• Fluency in the Portuguese language (mandatory) and good knowledge of English (preferred).

• Direct employment contract with a solid and growing company in the environmental sector.
• On-Job training period, regarding the technical component of the role.
• Remuneration composed of a base salary (between 1150€ and 1400€), expense allowances, and a quarterly bonus.

• Prospecting and acquiring new clients in the environmental management and waste sector, with a focus on solutions for companies.
• Management and development of an existing client portfolio, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through personalized follow-up.
• Preparation and presentation of commercial proposals adapted to client needs, negotiating terms and conditions to close contracts.
• Analysis of client and market needs, identifying business opportunities and proposing innovative solutions in the environmental area.
• Conducting commercial visits and service demonstrations, explaining the benefits and added value of the proposed solutions.
• After-sales follow-up, ensuring the proper execution of contracts and the resolution of any issues or challenges that may arise.

• Driving license and availability for frequent travel in the Northern region.
