The role
Mota-Engil ATIV provides management and maintenance services for its Clients' physical assets throughout the different stages of their life cycle, integrating solutions for the optimization of their operational performance and cost optimization, as well as their energy, water, and carbon efficiency.
What you'll do
The professional to be recruited must be able to plan, direct, and monitor operational activity in the facilities contract in the Greater Lisbon area, having under their responsibility, notably: engineering services, the management and maintenance of facilities/equipment, and the management of a multidisciplinary technical team. They must also perform close and continuous monitoring with the Client, in accordance with senior guidance and established procedures, in order to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and promote satisfaction and, subsequently, Client loyalty.

Job requirements and competency profile

Higher education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;

Registration with the Ordem dos Engenheiros or the Ordem dos Engenheiros Técnicos (preferred);

Professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in Facility Management contract management;

Ease of working with maintenance management SW;
- Knowledge of SAP is valued;
-
Basic knowledge of labor legislation;
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
-
Initiative and proactivity;
-
Leadership capacity;
-
Focus on the Client and network.
