What we're looking for
- Completed secondary education;
Nice to have
- Professional experience in similar roles (preferred);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, namely MS Excel (preferred);
- Experience with maintenance, invoicing, or purchasing software, preferably in SAP;
- Knowledge of maintenance platforms;
- Experience in supporting maintenance teams is valued;
- Communication effectiveness;
- Initiative and proactivity;
- Customer orientation;
- Planning and organization;
- Rigor and reliability.
The role
Mota-Engil ATIV provides management and maintenance services for its Clients' physical assets throughout the different stages of their life cycle, integrating solutions for the optimization of their operational performance and cost optimization, as well as their energy, water, and carbon efficiency.
What you'll do
For this opportunity, the professional to be recruited shall collaborate in the organization and planning of the work of the maintenance technical teams, supporting the optimization of human resources, tools, and materials. Among the main responsibilities and activities to be executed, among others, the following stand out:
- Carry out inquiries to suppliers for the purchase of materials and/or services;
- Perform requisitions of materials according to the needs of the service provision contract;
- Receive and forward requests for anomaly resolution;
- Provide technical and logistical support to the maintenance teams;
- Manage maintenance requests in proprietary software;
- Prepare budgets based on technical reports and proceed with sending them to the client.
