Maintenance and Robotics Technician

• Professional technical training or higher education in the areas of Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation and Robotics, or similar.
• Proven professional experience of at least 2 years in industrial maintenance roles, preferably in automated production environments with robotics.
• Experience in the maintenance of industrial robots (preferably KUKA, ABB, or Fanuc).
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, proactivity, and ability to work in a team, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Availability to work in 3 rotating shifts.
• Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge of technical English.

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment, machines, and robotic systems, ensuring their proper functioning and minimizing production downtime.
• Carry out the programming, calibration, and tuning of industrial robots (e.g., KUKA, ABB, Fanuc), optimizing their work cycles and ensuring the precision of operations.
• Collaborate on the implementation of continuous improvements in maintenance processes and the installation of new equipment, actively participating in the commissioning and testing phase.
• Manage and record all technical interventions performed, filling out detailed maintenance reports and ensuring the update of the equipment's technical documentation.
• Provide technical support to production teams, training them in the correct use of equipment and the identification of potential anomalies, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
