2027 Trainee Program

• You are completing or have recently completed a Master's degree, preferably in the areas of Management, Hotel Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics);
• You seek constant opportunities for learning and development, that challenge you and help you grow;
• You are fluent in Portuguese and English.

The Trainee Program was designed for those who, like you, want to have an impact on the world around them.

With a focus on experimentation and learning and deep business knowledge, you will have the opportunity to discover your interests, develop skills, and deeply understand the reality of retail.

Throughout the entire journey, you will have continuous feedback, tutoring, and guidance to support your growth.

• Two rotations in different departments, to explore new areas and discover what you truly enjoy doing;
• A tutor in each rotation, who will accompany your integration, development, and evolution;
• Development initiatives and business visits, for close contact with our reality;

• Possibility of access to the second year: after a joint reflection at the end of the first year, you may proceed to a new phase with three operational experiences, dedicated tutors, and a mentor, preparing you to take on challenges of greater responsibility.
