Traffic and Ramp Assistance Technician (m/f/x)

- Provide ground assistance to passengers, performing ticket issuance and the proper routing of passengers to the aircraft at the boarding gates

- Excellent presentation

- 12th grade (or higher)

- Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages are an asset)

- Availability to work shifts and rotating days off

- Driver's license

- Passion for customer service

- Dynamism and proactivity

- Part-time of 28.5 hours per week

- Rotating shifts and days off (service open 24h from Monday to Sunday)

- Base salary (€701.25) plus allowances (meal, shift, vacation, Christmas, and social benefit)

- Night transport between 23:00 and 07:00, with simple booking via app, for only €1 per trip. Available in various areas of the Lisbon region (Sacavém, Prior Velho, Santa Iria de Azoia, São João da Talha, Bobadela, Póvoa de Santa Iria, and Forte da Casa)
