Reporting to the Credit Management team, your main mission will be to ensure the management of a portfolio of cases, promoting extrajudicial credit recovery in accordance with procedures, internal rules, and the applicable legal framework.

Reporting to the Collection Management team, your main mission will consist of ensuring the management of a portfolio of files, promoting the extrajudicial collection of credits in accordance with procedures, internal rules, and the applicable legal framework.

• Contact debtors/clients, through the means provided by the company (inbound and outbound contacts), with a view to recovering the amounts owed;
• Negotiate debt regularization solutions, adapting the approach to the profile, history, and financial capacity of each debtor;
• Support the legal team in defining the best credit recovery strategies;
• Follow up on the agreements made, monitoring their respective compliance and proposing adjustments whenever necessary;
• Ensure the rigorous recording of all contacts, actions, and case movements in the company's internal applications;
• Guarantee compliance with applicable legislation, as well as Servdebt's internal policies, procedures, and rules, with a special focus on data protection, information security, and compliance.
