The role
Cityrama is recruiting for the position of Reservations Assistant!

Responsibilities:
What you'll do
- Customer service (via telephone);
- Management of reservations from all channels (email, telephone, or website);
- Processing and entering reservations into the system;
- Validation of reservations for invoicing;
- Real-time support to Operations;
- Shift work with rotating days off.
Requirements
- Basic notions of Tourism (preferably);
- Experience in reservations (preferably) and telephone customer service;
- Basic IT knowledge - Office;
- Conflict management;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Organizational skills and proactivity;
- Autonomy and responsibility;
- Minimum 12th Grade;
- Languages: spoken and written English, level B.
