• Define, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring their efficiency, quality, and safety, in compliance with automotive industry standards.

• Analyze and identify continuous improvement opportunities in existing processes, through the application of methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma.

• Prepare and review technical documentation, such as process flowcharts, work instructions, and control plans, ensuring their updating and compliance.

• Collaborate actively with production, quality, maintenance, and product development teams for problem-solving and the implementation of new solutions.

• Participate in the development and industrialization of new products, from the prototyping phase to mass production, ensuring process robustness.

• Perform capacity and time/method studies, proposing optimizations aimed at cost reduction and productivity increases.

• Support the training and upskilling of production teams regarding new processes and implemented technologies.

• Monitor process performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing deviations and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Materials Engineering, or a relevant field.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive industry or in a mass production industrial environment.

• Solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma).

• Critical analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of English (oral and written).

• Knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) is valued.

• Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a multidisciplinary team.
