The Navigator Company intends to strengthen its Industrial Management team in Setúbal by hiring a Process Engineer who will support the optimization of production processes, the resolution of operational problems, and the implementation of improvements, thus contributing to an international economic group as part of a dynamic, high performance team.

· Support different areas in the analysis and resolution of operational problems;

· Participate in the startup of new equipment and industrial projects, as well as in process optimization initiatives and the improvement of equipment and asset performance;

· Work in coordination with Operational Technicians, Shift Supervisors, and Maintenance teams in the diagnosis and resolution of operational problems and deviations;

· Support budgeting activities and contribute to the improvement of the Management's information system;

· Develop and monitor Process Engineering initiatives in production areas, promoting the sharing of best practices and participating in cross-functional projects;

· Monitor process optimization initiatives, using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data analysis principles and tools;

· Support activities carried out during shutdowns and collaborate in the preparation of safety procedures.

• Availability and interest in working in a demanding industrial environment, both in interaction with equipment and multiple unit operations and with the demands of continuous operations (24h/day, 7 days/week);

• Residence in the Setúbal region is a preferential factor.
