Process Engineer

Main Responsibilities

Understand and comply with all OSHA, safety, and PPE requirements.
Ensure your own health and safety and that of colleagues, including external contractors or support personnel.
Provide support to maintenance during online troubleshooting and implementation of corrective actions, including interfacing with controls, robots, and PLC systems.
Set up and program new jobs.
Create, document, develop, and implement procedures to ensure that equipment meets all goals related to Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
Improve general processes and related issues, taking proactive leadership in Continuous Improvement Activities.
Stay up to date on industry technologies and advancements.
Support the Project Management group in evaluating new jobs and processes.
Support the Quality group in evaluating and improving product dimensional reports.
Support team functions through:
the Submission and implementation of Kaizen
the Replacement of other workstations as necessary or Problem solving
the Support of operational metrics and meeting operational needs
Participation in the Process Audit schedule
Participation in the Internal Audit schedule
Participation and cooperation in clarifying doubts and providing information for internal and external ISO-related audits.
