Industrial Development and Tooling Engineer (m/f/d)

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or an equivalent area

- Professional experience between 5 and 7 years in industrial design, device development, molds, production means, industrialization, or manufacturing engineering

- Experience in industrial environments with high quality standards and technical requirements

- Solid knowledge of 3D CAD and the preparation of drawings and technical documentation

- Experience in technical project management and supplier monitoring, manufacturing, assembly, and validation of equipment or devices

- Ability to understand and adapt to new processes, materials, and manufacturing technologies

- Proficiency in English, at a professional level

- Knowledge of Spanish will be valued

Valued knowledge

- Development of molds, devices, and production means for demanding industrial environments

- CAD/CAE tools such as CATIA V5, SolidWorks, NX, Inventor, ABAQUS, ANSYS, PAMRTM, or equivalents

- New product industrialization methodologies, APQP or similar

- Knowledge of composite materials, RTM processes, preform, cutting, and assembly.

- Aeronautical industry standards and requirements, namely EN9100/AS9100, NADCAP, or equivalent standards

- Experience in the aeronautical, automotive, railway, energy, molds, composites, or advanced manufacturing sectors

What is an Industrial Development and Tooling Engineer?

- Design and develop devices, molds, tools, equipment, and production means to support manufacturing processes

- Participate in industrialization projects, from the concept phase to production entry

- Develop 3D CAD models, technical drawings, specifications, and associated documentation

- Define technical solutions that guarantee quality, efficiency, safety, ergonomics, and cost optimization

- Monitor the manufacturing, assembly, testing, validation, and implementation of industrial devices and equipment

- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of production processes, promoting productivity gains and operational efficiency

- Participate in the resolution of technical problems, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions

- Coordinate and validate developments carried out by external suppliers

- Support the industrialization of new products and the development of new production capabilities

- Work in close coordination with the Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, Programs, and Supplier teams

- Contribute to the technical and economic evaluation of industrial investment projects
