The role

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting a Sales Assistant for a leading company in the fashion retail sector, located in Vila do Conde. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to operational excellence.

  • Integration into a solid and growing company, with prospects for professional development;
  • Base Salary: 675.16€;
  • Meal allowance: 132€/month, 6€ per actual working day;
  • Excellent working environment, dynamic and challenging;
  • Possibility of being part of a young and enthusiastic team.
  • Part-time of 24h per week, which may include weekends;

What you'll do

  • Personalized and proactive customer service, providing excellent service;
  • Advice on products and fashion trends, ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Organization and maintenance of the store space, including window displays and product exhibition;
  • Stock management and replenishment of items;
  • Sales processing and cash management, with precision and responsibility;
  • Support in conducting inventories and loss control.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in the fashion or retail sector;
  • Passion for fashion and excellent knowledge of current trends;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Dynamism, proactivity, and orientation towards the customer and towards results;
  • Availability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays;
  • Computer skills from a user perspective;
  • Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and knowledge of English (valued).
