A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting an Accounting Clerk for a leading company in the environmental management sector located in Torres Vedras.
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00;
- Base Salary 1000€ + S.A. 9€/day.
- Processing and integration of banking and treasury files (KIRIBA and ATM);
- Identification, entry, and clearing of customer payments in SAP (Transfers, Checks, MB, and Direct Debit);
- Management and issuance of Direct Debit files (FIRST/RECURRENT), returns, and archiving of authorizations;
- Regularization and reconciliation of customer current accounts (invoices, credit notes, proformas, and intercompany movements);
- Contact with customers for debt collection, sending statements/certificates, and clarifying doubts;
- Preparation of control reports and support in gathering information for credit control;
- Compliance with internal policies, code of conduct, and quality, environment, and safety standards.
- Training in the field of Accounting or similar;
- Previous experience in Cash Applications and/or Credit Control (valued);
- Knowledge of SAP and KIRIBA (preferred);
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- High sense of organization, rigor, and attention to detail.
