Operational Administrative Assistant (m/f/x) in Portugal

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting an Operational Administrator for a leading company in the logistics and transport sector located in Alverca, municipality of Vila Franca de Xira.

• Employment contract from Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
• Base Salary 927€
• Meal allowance via meal card of 6.15€/day.
• Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in 12 monthly installments.
• High possibility of a direct contract with the client company.

• Management of incidents and control of goods incoming and outgoing.
• Manage and organize diverse documentation, ensuring its correct classification and filing.
• Ensure effective communication with suppliers and customers, both by telephone and by e-mail.
• Perform stock control and support inventory management, ensuring the accuracy of records.
• Support transport and logistics management.
• Establish contact and provide operational support to drivers, customers, and warehouse teams to monitor services.

• Proven experience in administrative roles within the logistics and distribution sector, at least 6 months.
• Solid computer skills from a user perspective (MS Office, especially Excel and Word).
• Management and control of goods incoming and outgoing.
• Residency near the location.
