Production Operator in Setúbal

- Operate and monitor industrial machines and equipment on the production line, ensuring compliance with established cadences.

- Perform visual and dimensional quality control of the produced parts, ensuring compliance with technical standards and specifications.

- Supply assembly lines with the necessary raw materials and components, preventing interruptions in the production flow.

- Record stoppages, anomalies, and operational data in internal systems and daily production sheets.

- Perform cleaning, organization, and basic maintenance of the workstation and equipment according to the 5S methodology.

- Strictly comply with all internal safety, occupational health, and environmental protection regulations in force at the factory.

- Minimum schooling at the 9th grade or 12th grade level (preferred).

- Previous professional experience in a factory or industrial environment, preferably in the automotive or metalworking sector.

- Immediate availability to work in rotating or fixed shifts, including weekends when necessary.

- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, dynamism, and ability to work in a team.

- Ease of commuting to the Palmela area or possession of a private vehicle.

- Good physical capacity, manual dexterity, and agility in performing repetitive tasks.
