The role
Randstad Recursos Humanos is recruiting, for its client company, an Administrative Assistant (M/F/X) for a continuous project in Pegões key responsibilities
What you'll do
Support the administrative operations of the nurseries
Customer service, in person and by telephone
Support entry control at the Estate
Support the plant sales process
Support the plant dispatch process by truck
Support the control of trays and deposits
Support the processes of recording activities and consumption of the nursery activity
Follow-up on overdue customer payments
