Kitchen Assistant (m/f/x)

A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting for the position of Packer / Kitchen Assistant for a company in the Civil Aviation Catering sector in the Lisbon area.

-Base Salary: 920.00€ + other variable remuneration;

-Access to the canteen;

-Rotating shifts and days off from Monday to Sunday: 07:00-16:00 | 14:00-23:00;

-Initial and continuous training in hygiene, safety procedures, and aviation sector standards;

- Prepare and preserve food and ingredients according to the chef's instructions;

- Support the decoration and plating of dishes;

- Execute hygiene and cleaning tasks in the kitchen and work areas;

- Receive, check, and organize goods and raw materials;

- Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP standards;

- Collaborate in the management of basic stocks and communicate replenishment needs;

- Adapt to specific procedures and requests from the airport client/employer.

- Minimum mandatory schooling (9th grade);

- Previous experience in professional kitchens or catering (valued);

- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety (HACCP) is valued;

- Ability to work in a team, responsibility, and proactivity;

- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays;

- Good physical stamina and dynamism;

- Immediate availability (preferred).
