A Job&Talent powered by Multitempo is recruiting for a reference client company in the sector, for an Administrative Assistant position, in Torres Vedras.
- Fixed-term contract;
- Base salary of 1000€ + Meal Allowance of 9€/day (on a meal card);
- Working hours: from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
- Reception and registration of contractual or administrative incidents reported by clients (for example: collection failures, billing errors, etc.);
- Communication with clients during the incident resolution process;
- Classification and categorization of incidents according to their type, urgency level, and impact;
- Coordination and forwarding of incidents to the corresponding internal areas (logistics, billing);
- Monitoring the status of incidents until their resolution and closure.
