The role
We are expanding our network of specialists and are looking for an External Consultant | LEAN & Operational Excellence to collaborate on HUILD transformation and operational improvement projects.
What you'll do
Less waste. Better processes. More efficiency.
The challenge involves diagnosing, designing, and implementing improvements with real impact on the operation, on the ground, and with the teams.
How you'll work
External collaboration per project or intervention, with availability for on-site work at client facilities or operations whenever necessary.
We seek experience in:
· Process diagnosis and optimization
· LEAN Management and continuous improvement
· 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, SMED and other LEAN methodologies
· Definition of operational performance indicators
· Implementation and monitoring of improvement plans
· Team empowerment and continuous improvement culture
Profile
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a relevant field, with proven experience in the implementation of LEAN projects.
Experience in AECO, industry, or operations will be particularly valued, as will Lean Six Sigma certification.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable both in a management meeting and in the gemba.
