HUILD is strengthening its Business Development area and is looking for a Business Developer to identify new opportunities, develop client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our market presence.

• Prospect and develop new accounts and business opportunities;

• Identify client needs, challenges, and investment plans;

• Develop relationships with decision-makers and strategic partners;

• Analyze opportunities from a technical and business perspective;

• Qualify and follow up on opportunities throughout the sales cycle;

• Coordinate with the different areas of HUILD in the construction of integrated and customized solutions;

• Manage and develop the sales pipeline;

• Collect and share market intelligence relevant to the development of new solutions.

We are looking for a profile with technical knowledge in the fields of Architecture and/or Engineering, combined with a strong business development capacity and a consultative approach.

The role will primarily operate in the Social Economy and Health sectors, seeking to understand the challenges, needs, and investment plans of organizations and identifying opportunities for integrated action by HUILD.

Assume an active role in the development of new opportunities, bridging the gap between market needs, technical knowledge, and the different competencies of HUILD, contributing to the construction of integrated solutions and long-term relationships.
