Continuous Improvement Analyst - Paço de Arcos

Diagnose, redesign, and monitor the implementation of more efficient and simpler processes, working transversally between store, supply chain, and corporate areas, generating measurable efficiency gains and a culture of continuous improvement sustained within the teams.

Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering (Industrial, Industrial Management) or a related field

3 to 5 years of experience in continuous improvement areas, operations consulting, operational excellence, or transversal project management

Experience working with teams from different areas (store/retail, supply chain/logistics, and corporate functions), with comfort moving between distinct contexts

Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Microsoft or Google environment: advanced Excel/Google Sheets; PowerPoint/Google Slides; ideally Power BI/Looker Studio or equivalent).

Knowledge of process design tools (Draw.io; Visio; Aris; Bizagi)

Good knowledge of English

Lean Six Sigma Certification (Yellow/Green Belt) or equivalent recognized training (valued)

Exposure to agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking) (valued)

Basic knowledge of automation/RPA or process analysis with process mining tools (valued)
